Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the FutureIQ portal at futureiq.in (“FutureIQ”, “the Service”), operated by Navin Kabra (Pune, India). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What FutureIQ is
FutureIQ is a search engine and knowledge base built around the @TheFutureIQ YouTube channel. It lets you browse and search the channel’s episodes, transcripts, and an interlinked knowledge wiki. Some sections are open to everyone; others are available only to subscribers of the channel.
2. Eligibility and access levels
- Public visitors can browse and search published video titles, descriptions, and metadata, and follow links to YouTube.
- Channel subscribers who sign in with Google and subscribe to @TheFutureIQ unlock additional features such as full transcripts and cross-episode search.
We confirm your subscription status using YouTube, as described in the Privacy Policy. Access can change if your subscription changes.
3. Signing in with Google
Subscriber features require signing in with your Google account. You agree to provide accurate information, to use your own account, and not to share, sell, or transfer your access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy content from the Service;
- attempt to bypass access controls or reach features for a tier you are not entitled to;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or attack the Service or its infrastructure;
- misrepresent your identity or your subscription/membership status; or
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or of YouTube’s or Google’s terms.
5. Content and intellectual property
Video content, transcripts, and channel materials remain the property of their respective owners, including the FutureIQ channel and YouTube. The Service provides access for personal, non-commercial reference only and grants you no ownership of, or licence to redistribute, that content. The FutureIQ name, portal design, and the knowledge-base structure are ours; please do not copy them without permission.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, tiers, or the entire Service at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular feature will remain free or available to your tier.
7. Disclaimers
The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. FutureIQ is an independent project and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google or YouTube.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navin Kabra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
