Fast, good, cheap you can pick only two. If you're looking for interesting concepts to talk about, trilemmas might just satisfy your needs. Similar to a dilemma, a trilemma is a conflict between three different concepts. Trilemmas argue that all three things cannot coexist in the real world at their extremes. There is always a compromise of some sort. For example, you can't have anything that is fast, good and cheap. You always need to sacrifice any one of the three.
